Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will be able to track it directly on the app.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method chosen. Generally, allow between 6 and 15 business days for standard deliveries.
My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received anything, what should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark a package as “delivered” a few hours before the actual delivery, or it is left with a neighbor, in your mailbox or at a nearby pickup point.
We therefore advise you to:

Check your mailbox and around your home (porch, garden, parcel room…).

Ask your neighbors or the concierge if they have picked up the package for you.

Please wait 24 to 48 hours , as the status may be updated before the actual delivery, depending on the carriers.

If you still haven't received anything after this period, contact us with your order number : we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution quickly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay for fast and secure payment. All payments are encrypted and protected by SSL. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay for even easier mobile shopping. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Can I order from abroad?
No, for now we can only serve our customers in France.
